Executive Room not reflective of its classification!!! Poor room maintenance and outdated furniture assembly need immediate attention!!! Also, why are basic toiletries available only upon request? That seems unnecessary!!!

I was deeply disappointed with my stay. To make matters worse, I was fined for stains on the blanket, and the fines were more than what other hotels typically charge. It left me feeling frustrated and upset.

Room amenities were good, but I noticed the need for better sound insulation. outside noise was noticeable. Overall, it had a homely feel, but the elevator issue was a downside that needs addressing.
